Returns

Returning unopened items – up to 7 days

You may return any unopened items at anytime within the first 7 days of receipt of the goods and receive a full refund.

When returning goods you must meet the following criteria.
–    The returned items must be unopened with no broken seals.
–    You are responsible for all goods until they are signed for by us.
–    You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 25% if you do not meet these criteria.

 

Returning faulty spare parts, accessories or wireless products – up to 30 days

If you receive spare parts, accessories or wireless products that are either damaged or become faulty within the first 30 days after receipt then firstly please contact or Customer Support team who will be able to assist. We may issue you with Returns Authorization number.

When returning goods you must meet the following criteria.
–    The returned items must be complete with all documentation, cables, CD’s and power supplies.
–    You are responsible for all goods until they are signed for by us.
–    You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods
–    You must clearly indicate on the packing case the Returns Authorization number.

If your goods are found be faulty we will either issue a replacement or a refund excluding the shipping charge.

If the goods are found not to be faulty either we will change a handling charge of £20 and return the goods at your cost or we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 25%.

 

Returning faulty spare parts, accessories or wireless products – after 30 days

If your goods develop a fault after 30 days we reserve the right to return them to the manufacturer either to be repaired or replaced. Please contact our Customer Support team who will issue you with Returns Authorization number.

When returning goods you must meet the following criteria.
–    The returned items must be complete with all documentation, cables, CD’s and power supplies.
–    You are responsible for all goods until they are signed for by us.
–    You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods
