Can you provide after sales support?
All products we sell carry the manufactures full warranty so you may return any item within the warranty period and we will handle the warranty return, repair or replacement. If you wish to extend this period then we can offer you a range of flexible annual support contracts – from return to our store for next day replacement, to and engineer on site within a guaranteed time.
Do I have to order on line?
Ordering on line is quick and safe. However, you can post your order with a cheque and we will send you an acknowledgement my email. Once the funds have been collected your goods will be despatched, usually within 7 days.
Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes we do and we take the protection of your privacy very seriously. We never pass on your details to any third party organizations and your personal details are held securely and in strict confidence.
We understand that security is a concern when buying online. Our server does not retain any credit card details. We use SagePay as our transaction provided and all your transactions with us are secure. The SagePay system encrypts all your personal information, including credit and debit card number and we have no access to any of these details.
How do I get a trade account?
If you are systems reseller, government body or educational establishment and would like a trade account then please complete our request form and you will receive an email response within 48 hours to confirm your trading status.
How do I know if you have product in stock?
Some websites indicate their stock holding we’ve found this to be most unreliable as stock levels change daily, as do ours. So if you wish to know if that critical item to complete your project is available and you’re going to receive it the next day you will need to contact our Sales Support Team.

If you do need an item the same day then do call as it may be possible to offer you same day delivery using our express courier service.
I can’t find what I’m looking for?
If you’re unable to find what you are looking for then please contact our Sales Support Team who will be happy to assist you with sourcing any wireless networking product. We may have that item you’re looking for in stock – give us a call.

I have received the wrong item – what do I do?
Mistakes can happen and if you believe you have received a wrong item then please contact our Customer Services Team via one of the following methods and they will advise you on how to proceed.

I need a site survey – what do I do?
Call our Sales Support team as they will be able to quickly establish your needs and make an arrangement for one of our Technical Support team to visit your site at a mutually convenient time. Once on site our qualified staff will be able to discuss a proposed solution with possible options and follow this up with a fixed price quotation. We generally do not make a charge for this service or will refund our costs on placement of an order.
I’ve received my goods but I’m not sure how to configure?
If you need assistance or are having problems with the installation or configuration of a product then please contact our Technical Support Team. They are there to help and with many years hands-on experience you can be assured of getting good advise.

We make no charge for our over the phone technical support services and advice.
Alternatively, you may wish to take advantage of our pre-delivery configuration service, call the Technical Support team to discuss your needs.

Why have you not refunded me the delivery charge?
All shipping and packing costs to have the goods delivered to your address are non refundable.
